DOCTORS Dr. Widmer DrWidmer@wengerchiropractic.com Larry F. Widmer, D.C. was raised in Lancaster County and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1977. Dr. Widmer has completed a three-year postgraduate program in Chiropractic Orthopedics at the National College of Chiropractic and is board qualified. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, and the Lancaster County Chiropractic Society. Dr. Widmer played an instrumental role in a prominent national research study that was conducted on lower back pain. He is certified in the clinical use of non-needle acupuncture, and traveled to China in 1993 to further his study in this field. He is currently studying the clinical effects of this modality on pain control.
